Main Responsibilities
• Manage global performance marketing (USA, Japan)
• Manage and analyze efficiency of SNS, DA, SA advertising

• Communication with overseas advertising agencies
Qualifications
• Experience managing at least two performance marketing channels such as SNS, DA, SA in the USA and Japan
• Experience operating global advertising on Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.
• Experience in performance marketing management with a single advertiser monthly budget of over 30 million won
• Excellent ability to utilize advertising tracking tools (GA, Appsflyer, etc.)
• Proficient in Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
• Over 2 years of experience in managing Meta marketing
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in marketing operations for nail, beauty, jewelry categories
• Experience with advertising agencies and in-house global advertising
• Experience working in global beauty, cosmetics, etc.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to use English and Japanese in work (not a requirement)
