• Setting and achieving key metrics
- Set key metrics such as ARPPU, CAC, Sales, AU, LTV and collaborate to achieve them
- Demonstrate ownership to grow revenue and various metrics
• Create a growth curve through creative and systematic service operation and customer proposals
• Closely collaborate with relevant departments to seek strategies for better performance
• Manage the entire process including product, marketing, and operations
• Conduct tests and analyze results to efficiently acquire users

Qualifications
• Overall work experience of 1~5 years
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience is required
(Experience in business growth through product-related roles like PM, PL, service operations, marketing, etc.)
• Ability to create dense services centered around essential elements
• Experience in analyzing consumer needs based on business domain knowledge to quantitatively increase sales/metrics
• Capable of applying and executing business strategies immediately based on understanding the structure of commerce, platforms, and distribution supply chains
• Understanding of online commerce, platforms, and channel strategies
• Able to communicate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders in line with the company's growth direction
