All members of the team, including the founder, standardly do not contact each other outside of work hours via any means of 'KakaoTalk, phone, text'. The only communication channel used is 'Slack'. Due to varying work hours of employees, it is a mandatory rule to set customized alerts that only apply during their work hours.

When working remotely, employees screen-record their work laptop and share it only with the in-house manager via Google Photos. Hours worked can be acknowledged based on the recorded screen, regardless of location. How many times have you read the same line? It’s time to read smartly! Focusly, an immersive reading application you can't take your eyes off.
As the founder, I have struggled with dyslexia since I was young.
Reading was so difficult and painful, and there was no proper solution, leading me to struggle with learning difficulties and various stress from an early age.
My mind was filled with how to overcome this dyslexia.
And time passed.
Nowadays, most reading is done on displays instead of paper.
There’s Microsoft's Immersive Reader, which is a solution that helps with dyslexia in reading on displays (https://youtu.be/nt3hz2vVf8c).
However, I felt that it was lacking for accommodating individuals with various reading speeds and requested feedback to Microsoft several times for functional improvements.
But there was no response, so I decided to develop it myself.
Thus, I developed a technology called FFIB and filed for a patent.
"Now, I find myself reading for 1 to 2 hours, whereas I could only read for 5 minutes a day with the prototype we developed."
The idea and prototype I created to overcome myself received awards from my surroundings and even got investment, which naturally led me to start a business.
We were established in December last year, and we are looking for co-founders and team members when our seal hasn’t even dried yet.
We were founded with the goal of 100% M&A within 3 years, and we are strategically pursuing M&A, with some IP acquisition completed and continuously building our IP portfolio.
