- visual designs and assists for Web and App products. - visual designs and assists for Marketing activities. Including designs for Social media and Blog entries, print materials. - Design and specify user interfaces using data driven and iterative design techniques. - Execute interaction design and visual design projects. - Create wireframes, flows and other artifacts to communicate and document designs. - Prepare, organize, execute and analyze user research/studies. - Effectively communicate research results to the team and collaborate on user experience planning. - Perform metrics analysis to inform Ui and/or UX optimization efforts. - Prepare technical and research proposals, demonstrations and prototypes for new projects. - Participate in technical/design reviews, including receiving and providing constructive feedback, and group problem solving activities. - Keep abreast of latest trends in UX/UI Design. - Prioritize, budget and manage existing and future projects. - Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented to the best possible outcome and in a reasonable amount of time. - Create production ready visual designs and assists for Marketing materials. - Take ownership of projects and carry them to success for our target users. - Assist with research and development of future technologies and products. - Provide customer support by answering/solving customer questions and/or problems related to the Company’s products or services.
