• Full-cycle recruitment process planning and execution
• Direct sourcing for both tech and non-tech roles (Algorithm, 3D Graphics, Backend, Accounting, IR)
• Creation of recruitment branding contents
• Utilizing Google Analytics to analyze the recruiting data dashboard with Recruiting Operations team to improve quality of employee lifecycle, Recruitment Process and Talent Acquisition
• Planning and leading large-scale recruiting booth events and social media contents to branding our recruiting process actively
• Operating and calculating recruiting budgets for the Third party such as Search Firm and recruiting platform to minimize the expenses
• Managing all the recruiting process by communicating with hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates to enhance the quality of recruitment process
• Establishing interviewer’s guide and recruiting coordinator’s guide to provide better quality of candidate experiences to candidates
• Managing recruiting platform(ATS) “Greenhouse” and providing trainings to the internal employees
