- Overhauled the company’s business model including: cutting B2C component and other nonperforming segments; focusing on B2B deliveries; starting and growing higher margin corporate sales such as Burger King
- Repositioned the company’s brand assets including: logo; corporate HQ; riders’ uniforms and bikes; print media; digital marketing channels such as website, blog, and social media
- Implemented HR standards such as company benefits, new hire orientation, and standardized interview process
- Spearheaded the $15M Series A round
- Team’s work enabled total monthly deliveries to grow 12X to 1M within 15 months
- Barogo is currently the largest delivery startup in Korea with 13M+ deliveries a month and $300M valuation
