• Worked with Cluster DOSM to ensure understanding of sales strategy and effective implementation of this strategy for the segment.

• Attended customer events (booker party), trade shows (Arabian travel market, KTO Roadshow at Tokyo, Hong Kong) and sales missions to maintain, build or develop key relationships aligned with global sales team, HQ.
• Gained US Navy group, Busan Film Festival, MICE via Bexco at Citadines Haeundae Busan. Developed relationships with key account and key persons. Achieved over 50% in the end of year on 1st Yr.
• Actively maximized revenue to reach personal goals at Somerset Palace Seoul. Handled 25%~ 28% from total revenue as YTD basis.
• Handled Project group from middle east such as Fluor Daniels, Foster Wheeler, Arup, Petrofac, Saudi Aramco, Mott MacDonald, Takreer, ADCO, ADNOC, ADGAS, Becthel etc.
• Confirmed 100~125 rooms per daily occupied by long staying guests over 3 months.
