Developed new partnership (Closed MOU/MRA, define contract condition, Sales goal set up, warranty/Rebate program, etc.)
Built-up and manage Korea Branch organization (Hiring, People Management), and designed overall service operation.
Sales team management for each sales account plan and promotion process (Demo, PoC, Contract).
Establish business contract with PM (Property Management), FM (Facility Management) Companies for CAPEX in BM (Building Management) market.
