The nature of my bachelor degree in Finance and Economics as a double-major course prepared me for a finance related position requiring a wide range of knowledge in financial and business areas. Economics is the “mother” of finance, and an understanding of financial insights from both a qualitative and quantitative side gave me an edge in working. The study involved a great deal of mathematical and statistical contents.
