Product Line Manager of Cordless Stick Vacuum Cleaner, Marketing team
• Lead the overall business for the product category to achieve the business goal, P&L target and market share
- Manage mid/long-term product portfolio, overall product lifecycle
- Manage product portfolio pricing, in-store promotion by channels
- Liaise with internal teams such as sales, trade marketing, marketing communication, tech& quality, logistics and regional portfolio team
• Build product strategies for Korea local market
- Lead new product launching project and built a go-to-market plan mainly on digital communication channels based on market analysis, sales trend, competition landscape, market trend and brand positioning strategy
- Provide solid inputs to Regional Portfolio Team regarding
- Strong validation of project based on market analysis, competitive analysis and P&L projection
- Identify local market opportunities based on consumer/market insights and sales trend for future product development opportunities
• Execute BTL activation
- Plan and implement nationwide consumer promotions/campaigns at online & offline channels
- Execute in-store POSM on the product category to drive sell-out, working closely with sales, trade marketing and brand communication part
- Tight management of budget control and execution
