• Lead small to mid-size projects in Mobile POS application, web application development, software development, and new infrastructure implementation – to service business customers in Accounting, Sales, Ecommerce, Operations, Human Resources, and Marketing Department
• Document business requirements and functional requirements for new projects – in English and Korean (for overseas team)
• Track project schedules, resources, and budget to remain in-scope for on-time within budget-delivery
• Identify and communicate project status and/or issues/risks to Senior Program Manager
• Lead, oversee, and perform Quality Assurance (QA) testing on a need basis for each project - creating test cases and hands-on testing; conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) training for product delivery to business users
• Project owner for POS development, enhancement, localization project for implementing POS system to new retail stores
• Support new store openings globally – oversee and track IT tasks/responsibilities for setting up intranet, network setup, POS (Point of Sales) setup, and payment gateway setup.
• Manage IT tasks/responsibilities for POS system update releases – domestically and internationally (approx. 500 retail stores)
