• Conducting supply chain and value stream analysis in order to find the “Cost of Poor Quality” within the Schneider factory. • Implementing cost reduction improvements as well as increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of their production line.

• Responsible for a group of students in the Leadership course. The students are given the opportunity to manage and develop leadership skills with practical exercises in teams. • Providing them insight to leadership theories, group dynamics and other important aspects for effective leadership.

• Underwent a steep curve on both learning and working as a team and under pressure. It included obtaining experience of working in the harsh environment of a production line, as well as gaining insight of different production theory and perspectives from lectures, tours and work. • The internship ended with a team-based report writing and presentation to the high-end leaders in the enterprise about improvements and efficiency that could be implemented in the Scania Production System and the organization.
