2. Logistics & Oversea Procurement Manager (Secondary role)
- Experience of finding and setting up an OEM manufacturing factory based in China
- Logistics strategy & process development
- Directing, optimising and coordinating full order cycle
- Knowledge of end-to-end logistics operations (including air, ocean, over-the-road transportation, rail, customs and warehousing)
- Maintain budgetary, scheduling, and project database oversight, and regular report to senior management about progress, plans, and problems that could affect costs or schedules
- Anticipate and resolve day-to-day issues, complete root cause failure analyses, and take corrective actions for improvements
- Negotiation with suppliers, manufacturers and shipping companies
