Responsible for building and maintaining talent pipeline for hard-to-fill or high-volume positions
Oversee the entire candidate lifecycle process from job posting to initial screening, interview preparation, testing, and offer
acceptance.
Screen candidates according to client-specific position profiles and strategic direction.
Interview candidates to determine skill set, individual characteristics, and prospective match to position.
Collaborate with management teams to understand client needs of open positions and ideal candidate profiles.
Proactive, creative, and resourceful candidate sourcing and development to identify potential candidates through multiple sources,
including but not limited to: direct sourcing, industry networking, job boards, employee referrals, leads, networking, etc.
Support to contact with the local HR vender and reference check suppliers.
Project Management: Lead office renovation or relocation projects, ensuring timely execution with minimal disruption.
Sustainability and ESG Initiatives: Work closely with relevant departments to ensure that office operations align with ESG
(Environmental, Social, and Governance) goals, promoting sustainability in the workplace.
