Roles and Responsibilities: Managed the introduction, design, development, and initial deployment of the new product "GenNomis," a free and unrestricted AI image generator. Throughout my internship (February to August), I oversaw the entire product lifecycle, adhering to an agile approach. Led the lifecycle management of the relaunch process of Nocoding AI, a platform enabling users to easily create and utilize AI models without any coding knowledge. The platform hosts over 32 open-source AI models, allowing users to combine them to develop custom AI solutions. Played a key role in assisting UX project management, contributing to the success of multiple projects by identifying global project management approaches and proposing an agile methodology. Implemented a Scrum-based strategy to enhance future project deliveries, improving timelines and outcomes for UX and other product-focused initiatives. Key Achievements: Spearheaded the adoption of an agile project management strategy, boosting project flexibility and responsiveness. Successfully launched GenNomis, achieving 50k signed-up users and generating over 1M images. Enhanced Nocoding AI’s platform by implementing more efficient project management practices and leading the relaunch process. Delivered a Scrum-based approach, significantly improving project delivery times and overall outcomes. Presented and pitched at the ANTLER Seoul Innovation Forum. Played a pivotal role in redefining marketing strategies by implementing Google Ads, Google AdSense, and improving SEO. Additionally, I analyzed daily data through PostHog for both Nocoding AI and GenNomis, optimizing product and marketing strategies.
