1) Growth
• Led New Business Growth team under Chief Marketing Officer consist of marketer, data analyst, and CS specialist to grow newly launched Global shipping business resulted +300% revenue growth in 1.5 years with around $100K per month.
• Led new marketing initiative to support category specific promotion or to help discovering unpopular category which are not covered by automated marketing with $500K per month.
• Took responsible from planning/budgeting to execution for multiple digital marketing channels including Paid (search ads, display ads), Unpaid (app push, email, affiliate marketing), and offline fair customized to business and category in charge.
2) Delivery
• Led company-wide project reporting directly to CEO for reducing customer shopping friction with team consisting of tech project manager, data analyst, and UI/UX designer coordinating +20 development teams, operation, and customer service
• Defined business requirement and led to launch MVP (most viable product) of fast delivery service, key benefit of Membership, by coordinating UI/UX, development, operation (fulfillment center, hub, last mile delivery), legal, and CS.
• Led overseas direct purchase business’s daily operation and have responsible for entire customer shopping experience including product page layout, checkout procedure, message communication, shipment tracking, and customer service
