- Participates in problem resolution to continually improve customer service efficiency - Provide customer service by receiving/entering/fulfilling customer orders in timely manner - Provide billing accurately/timely and coordinate with Sales - Allocate inventory and schedule fulfillment (confirm order commitment, hand off to fulfillment point, transmit COA) - Responsible for sample distribution to customers and responsible for inventory of samples - Dealing with customer complaints as the interface between customer and sales and timely enter - Handing customer complaints into QIRP/CCIR system and follow-up with sales and customers to ensure corrective and preventive action has taken - Identify opportunities to continuously improve the order management process - Coordinate effective communication among finance of accounts receivables, sales and customer to resolve outstanding claims - Capture customer's demand change and communicate with sales and planning accordingly to maintain right inventory level and service level - Keep approved price and customer master file at hand - Ensure regulatory compliance in dealing products - Ownership of continuous process improvement to increase service level and to avoid PONC - Hit target FASD/FRSD and analyze root cause of any miss and take corrective action together with site Lead - Measure major OF KPIs(QIRP, invoicing accuracy, Delivery Performance, etc) for continuous improvement to meet customer's requirements - Organize and execute outbound shipments to customers in a timely and safe manner and monitor inventory transactions in ERP - 지속적인 고객 서비스 효율성을 향상을 위한 문제 해결에 참여 - 적시에 고객 주문을 접수 / 입력 / 이행을 통한 고객 서비스 제공 - 정확하고 시기 적절한 청구서 작성을 위한 영업 담당자와의 협조 - 재고 할당 및 주문 이행 (주문 이행 확인, 실질 제품 인도 지점 확인, 제품 성적서 전송) - 고객에게 샘플을 배포하고 샘플 재고를 관리 - 고객 불만을 고객과 영업 간의 접점으로써 처리 및 적시에 보고 - 고객 불만 사항을 QIRP / CCIR 시스템에 전달하고 영업 및 고객의 후속 조치를 통해 시정 조치 및 예방 조치 - 주문 관리 프로세스를 지속적으로 개선 할 수 있는 기회 파악 - 고객 및 영업담당자 사이에 효과적으로 의사 소통하여 고객 매출 관련 미수금 또는 금융 관련 문제 해결 - 올바른 재고 수준과 서비스 수준을 유지하기 위해 고객의 수요 변화를 파악하고 영업 및 수요예측 담당자와 의사 소통 - 승인 된 가격 및 고객 마스터 파일을 유지 보수 - 제품 운송시 국내외 화학물질 관련 규정 준수 보장 - 서비스 수준을 높이고 PONC(화학물 운송 관련 중대 사고)를 피하기 위한 지속적인 프로세스 개선 - 제품 제공에 있어 FASD(First Agreed Ship date) / FRSD(First Requested Ship date)를 목표로 하고 실패시 근본 원인을 분석 후,지역 총책임자(SCM Korea Lead)와 함께 시정 조치 및 보완 - 고객의 요구 사항을 충족하기 위한 지속적 개선을 위한 주요 KPI (QIRP, 송장 처리 정확도, 납품 실적 등) 측정 및 보고 - 적시에 안전한 방법으로 고객 향 제품 운송물을 구성 및 발송 실행하고 ERP 시스템 상에서 재고 이동을 추적 모니터링
