-Schematic design, design development, presentation -Meeting with clients and presentation until approval of design -Authority submissions -Coordination with contractors, consultants, specialists, and suppliers to manage the project efficiently -Chairing site meetings, making decision and resolution on site issues, and site supervision -Managing contracts, Architect’s Instruction, Architect’s direction, Variation orders, etc. -Defect inspection and management on on-going post occupancy works.
