This new process has reduced the business expenses' processing time by 7 days, and saved the company more than 20K€ per year. - Setting up a new audit process, in order to be compliant with french tax regulation (reliable audit trail). This new regulation has been created because the French tax authorities expect taxpayers to be able to guarantee the authenticity, the integrity and the legibility of their invoices, for all invoices formats (electronic or physical invoices) - Working on invoice dematerialization for a Schlumberger entity (Etudes et Productions Schlumberger) - Treasury forecasts: Providing Schlumberger's Kuala Lumbur Financial Hub with the weekly and monthly payments forecast for Europe and Africa. - Bank reconciliations : Making sure the balance from the bank statements and the ERP were matching, and investigating if they were not.
