Capgemini를 위해 여러 프로젝트를 진행했습니다. 저는 내부 SMR 프로젝트의 자금으로 사용되는 SMR(작은 모듈식 원자로)의 최신 기술에 대한 문서를 작성해야 했습니다. 또한 증기발생기의 열교환 모형화에 사용되는 기술에 대한 문서도 제작하였습니다. 또한 ENEDIS(프랑스 전기 유통 회사)의 프로젝트 매니저로서 다음과 같은 여러 가지 임무를 수행했습니다. - 이해관계자 조정 - 조정자 및 중재자 역할 수행 - 일정, 예산 및 인력 관리 - 프로젝트 작성부터 완료까지 프로젝트 추적 - 여러 프로젝트를 동시에 관리(프로젝트당 최대 30,000€) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I have worked on several projects for Capgemini. I had to produce a document about the state of the art of SMR (small modular reactors) used as a fundation for our internal SMR project. Moreover, I have also produced a document about technologies used to model thermal exchanges in a steam generator. I have also done a mission as a project manager for ENEDIS (french electrical distribution company) with several tasks: - Coordination of the stakeholders - Act as a coordinator and mediator - Managing the schedule, budget and people - Follow the project from its creation to completion - Manage several projects at the same time (Up to 30 000€ per project)
