Google Chrome Sync team - Increased reliability of requesting new updates from the server. Invalidations request new patch of updates. - Implemented persisting invalidations saving all incoming invalidations into metadata (protobuf) instead of storing them in-memory. Prevented loss of invalidations in case of browser shutdown or crash. - Reduced complexity of handling invalidations by refactoring it and integrating invalidations-metadata consistency. Over 1000+ lines of C++17 code.
