Customer Experience Linguist - Japanese (1Y)
- Localization and quality assurance of Japanese content of Rakuten Symphony Korea service
- Japanese translation and language QA of various content such as UI text, customer support documents, FAQs, etc
- Japanese and English e-mail support for customers using Rakuten Symphony Korea service
- Propose natural expression and improvement of user experience from the perspective of Japanese users
- Monitor Google Play/App Store reviews and respond to customers
- Support related duties or tasks as assigned
- Business-level Japanese proficiency (mother tongue or equivalent)
- English communication skills (e-mail and conference participation levels)
- At least 1 year of experience in Japanese content localization or translation
- Understanding of mobile apps/web services and user-centric thought holders
- Those who have a high understanding of mobile software and user experience (UX)
- Those who have a high understanding of iOS/Android mobile OS and applications
