• Analyze candidate market, competitors, employment status of key candidates and organize Talent Market Map for each position
• Develop creative sourcing strategies and discover new sourcing channels
• Directly source candidates for various roles from entry-level to executive positions
• Identify talented individuals and engage them to suitable company & occupation
• Collaborate with other project managers and researchers to identify the most effective sourcing strategies for each recruitment project
• Negotiate with project managers and clients to adjust job requirements and increase the pool of acceptable candidates
• Prepare candidate resume, any supporting documents, and prep candidate for interviews
• Counsel and consult with candidates on current job market trends and potential career path
• Support salary and contract negotiations with clients and candidates, where applicable
• Build ongoing relationships in a long-term perspective and manage talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking
• Assist with company-wide recruiting projects and serve as back-up to recruiting teams and hiring managers
