launch of the AGORA Blockchain platform and 5 constituent high-visibility mobile and desktop applications

Agile Project Management
● Coordinated all stages of requirements gathering, design, development, feature prioritization, and implementation to consistently deploy high-quality, scalable applications on time and within budget
● Created and updated project plans including timeline, cost-benefit analysis, feasibility studies and other documentation to articulate scope, resource requirements, risks, benefits, and interdependencies
● Allocated a $12M project budget, and introduced a suite of controls including KPI dashboards and reporting to monitor cost and timeline variances, and course-correct on resource allocation accordingly
● Integrated Agile methodologies to incorporate best practices for efficient delivery and cascade communications to requisite stakeholders, ultimately helping to shorten release cycles by up to 60%
