Planning and operational management of corporate capacity enhancement programs for global expansion
- Experience as a project manager (PM) and leading experience in government support projects
: AX support) AX capacity enhancement project, AX diffusion support, establishment of AI education system and course development
: Talent development) Development of flipped learning subjects in both online and offline formats, field-centered AX workforce development,
: Digital Transformation DX) Online content support project, data science, data utilization
- Ability to conduct market analysis and establish differentiated strategies through research
- Experience in proposal writing and presentation for government support projects
- Possession of flexible and clear communication skills with various stakeholders
- Possession of problem-solving and response capabilities for potential issues arising in management
- Excellent computer skills (Hangul HWP, MS Office, etc.)
- Individuals with a high understanding of government support projects (focused on local governments)
- Experience in proposing and executing various government support projects (excluding Ministry of Employment centered KDT projects, national subsidy projects, work experience, consortium projects)
- Possession of flexible and accurate communication skills and competencies
- Individuals with a passionate and positive mindset
- Individuals with project experience or knowledge related to project management based on collaboration with other departments
- Preference for candidates with more than 5 years of experience working in consulting or educational companies (focused on planning and operational management tasks such as proposals and winning government support projects)

- Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Flexible working hours from 8 to 10 AM can be applied)
