Beyond simple advertising operations, establish and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies using various digital media like Google, Meta, Naver, and Kakao. Lead the entire process from campaign planning to execution, performance analysis, and insight derivation, while creating substantial business growth with advertisers.
We are looking for someone who can create an impact in the market based on data, strategy, and execution capabilities.
Establishing and leading marketing strategies based on campaigns and KPIs
Analyzing ad performance data and deriving insights, presenting strategies
Communication for collaboration with clients, media companies, and internal departments
Preparing proposals and responding to RFPs including bidding presentations
Operating major media such as Google, Meta, Naver, and Kakao
Analyzing performance data and deriving improvements based on media operation results
Preparing weekly and monthly ad performance reports and communicating with advertisers
Planning and producing creatives (text, images, videos, etc.) for ads
4-6 years of experience
At least an associate degree
Possession of a search advertising marketer certification
High interest and understanding of data tracking tools such as GA4 and AI solutions
Experience with campaigns that involved annual strategic planning and execution
Understanding and usability of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator
Experience in operating major media and a strong understanding of optimization
Experience in establishing new organizations or laying the groundwork for growth
Experience in proposal writing, bidding presentations (PT), etc.
Possession of relevant certifications (Social Media Advertising Marketer, Data Analysis Specialist, etc.)
Fluency in using social media like Reels and YouTube
