Hostandard solves this very issue.
We are an O2O startup integrating all processes of shared accommodation operation, such as room cleaning and setting, into a single system.
Currently, we are validating this model with over 20 accommodations in the Gangnam area
with 8 room managers.
And now, we are looking for a supervisor to start serious expansion targeting a total of 375 room contracts across 25 districts in Seoul :)

1. Hiring and Training_30%
• Conducting interviews and hiring room managers
• Training new room managers and spreading manuals
• Creating and improving new room manuals
• Managing and operating room manager work schedules
2. Accommodation Management and CS_40%
• Regularly inspecting accommodations and suggesting and executing improvements
• Checking and managing cleanliness, hygiene, and linen laundry
• Handling CS and communication with accommodation hosts
3. Revenue Growth and Improvements_30%
• Setting up expansion in new areas
• Strategizing and executing contracts for new rooms
• Experience in field work
• Basic OA proficiency (Excel, report writing, etc.)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver's license
• Experience in staff operation and management (recruitment, interviews, training, and work management)
