[Position Introduction]
This role involves redefining the business problems of AI clients from an AI perspective and planning, designing, and leading actual operational AI projects End-to-End. It drives the entire process of the client's AI project, from problem definition to Use Case discovery, PoC planning, execution management, quality verification, and operational transition, rather than merely suggesting AI functionalities.
Additionally, it leads the establishment and execution of AI strategies within the organization and plays a role in improving and spreading AI utilization culture, processes, and work methods within the organization.
[Main Responsibilities]
- Planning/managing AX strategy establishment and execution tasks
- Leading communications between technical and business aspects for AI project requirements definition
- Planning Use Cases and services based on Generative AI/LLM
- Conducting and evaluating technical verification (PoC) for AI models and solutions
- Reviewing the design and application of AI architecture, including RAG, Agent, Workflow Automation
- Managing schedules, scope, and deliverables for AI projects and leading execution
- Discovering AX tasks based on work process analysis and improving operational structures
- Establishing AI utilization guides, operational processes, and governance systems
- Consulting on AI strategies and applications for clients and onsite organizations
[Core Competencies]
- Problem definition skills that structure issues for customers and organizations and define the applicability of AI
- Strong understanding and application skills regarding AI technologies such as Generative AI, LLM, RAG, Agent
- Understanding and experience in applying AI surrounding technology stacks like API, Workflow Automation, Vector DB, MCP, Cloud
- Ability to design AI service and task automation structures to a level that can be operationally feasible
- Execution capabilities to lead the End-to-End process from AI PoC, technical verification, to operational transition
- Smooth communication skills among technical teams, operational fields, and clients
- Agility to learn and apply rapidly changing AI ecosystems and technological trends
- Strategic thinking ability to enhance organizational work methods and operational structures from the AX perspective, rather than mere function implementation
[Required Qualifications]
- Over 3 years of experience in planning Generative AI or AI-based services/projects
- Over 3 years of experience in AX strategy or AI transformation projects
- Experience in defining AI project requirements and cross-functional collaboration
- Understanding of Generative AI technologies such as LLM, RAG, Agent, and Prompt Engineering
- Understanding of surrounding technologies such as API, Workflow Automation, and Cloud
- Effective communication skills with clients and operational fields
- Planning capabilities based on problem definition and structuring
- Execution abilities to prioritize and drive projects in uncertain environments
- Ability to learn and execute rapidly changing technologies
- Experience leading AI PoC and technical verification projects
- Understanding or application experience of systems based on RAG, Agent, MCP, Vector DB
- Experience in task automation and AI Workflow design
- Experience in technical collaboration using SQL, Python, FastAPI, etc.
- Experience with enterprise AI services or B2B projects
- Understanding of AI governance, security, permission policies, etc.
- Experience in spreading AI within the organization, change management, and guide creation
