Position Overview
- The RAG & Graph Search Engineer is responsible for transforming internal documents, contracts, purchasing policies, reports,
and structured/unstructured data into a searchable knowledge structure, utilizing Vector DB, Elasticsearch,
and Graph DB to establish a reliable search and evidence generation system.
This role includes Hybrid Retrieval, Re-ranking, Knowledge Graph, Graph-RAG,
and Multi-hop retrieval beyond simple vector search.
[Key Responsibilities]
- Building and operating RAG pipeline
- Designing Advanced Chunking and hierarchical indexing
- Implementing Hybrid Retrieval based on Vector DB and Elasticsearch
- Optimizing search quality through Re-ranking and metadata pre-filtering
- Designing and building Knowledge Graph based on Graph DB such as Neo4j
- Advancing search based on Graph-RAG and Multi-hop retrieval
- Experience in building/operating RAG or search service production
- Experience in Hybrid Retrieval based on Vector DB + Elasticsearch integration
- Practical experience applying at least one of Re-ranking, metadata filtering, and hierarchical retrieval
- Experience in structuring unstructured text based on NER or information extraction
- Experience designing structures for Citation, grounding, source traceability
- Experience using Neo4j or similar Graph DB
- Experience implementing recommendation systems
- Experience in parsing complex documents such as contracts, policy documents, and quotes
- Experience in tuning Elasticsearch analyzer, synonym, boosting, scoring
- Experience in fine-tuning embedding models or domain adaptation
- Experience in Graph-based recommendation, exploration, and relationship analysis services
- Experience designing/implementing Graph-RAG or Multi-hop retrieval
