🔵 You will lead these tasks (What You Will Own)
✅ Global Trend Catching: Analyze and propose marketing ideas by diving into global market changes in real-time, such as North American TikTok Shop and Japanese SNS.
✅ Influencer Partnerships: Discovering and leading collaborations with North American/Japanese local creators who can convey the brand's authenticity.
✅ Short-form Content Development: Design hooks for TikTok and Reels trends and plan/create content that drives user reactions.

✅ Influencer Pipeline: Proving a conversion rate that connects to actual collaborations by discovering more than N influencers in North America/Japan each week that resonate with our brand philosophy.
✅ Learning Curve: The speed at which you can independently produce a complete draft without the same feedback by promptly reflecting the founder's feedback.
✅ Execution Speed: Deriving content planning and execution guides applicable to LayerLab after capturing global SNS trends (TikTok/Reels).
✅ You should be able to actively and independently participate in the mentioned primary tasks.
✅ You must possess the necessary language skills to perform the tasks mentioned above.

✅ Experience in Platform Preemption: Preferably have experience operating North American TikTok Shop or understanding the structure of affiliate marketing.
✅ Personal Branding Experience: Have experience operating one’s own SNS channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) or significantly gathering followers.
✅ Global Sense: Experience living in North America or Japan to infuse their 'cultural context' and 'memes' into content.
✅ Content Creation Proficiency: Ability to produce short-form content faster and more stylishly than established creators using mobile editing tools like CapCut.
