The mission of PFM (Personal Finance Management) PA is to help users manage and grow their assets simply and effectively, beyond just viewing asset and spending data based on My Data.
We provide customized asset analysis, asset growth goal setting, and participatory asset management services to motivate users in managing their assets.
1. You can check fragmented asset information in the easiest and most intuitive way.
We intuitively provide the core elements of asset management, such as household account books, asset inquiries and analyzes, collecting seed money, and managing financial schedules, so that even if you have various financial products, you can easily grasp them at a glance, helping you execute asset management.
2. We provide direct motivation for asset management.
We are turning the often hard and tedious experience of asset management into an actively participatory experience through fun and rewards. The 'Salad Game' service with friends makes saving enjoyable and memorable while experiencing a sense of achievement by reducing expenses. Similarly, we plan to expand new ways of service to ensure asset management naturally integrates into daily life.
3. We take responsibility for data quality and scalability to further innovate services.
While continuously improving the quality of my data, we are optimizing household account history and expanding sources of asset data and financial product information to refine our services further. We are looking for a colleague with data management and problem-solving capabilities.
The Data Analyst (PFM) specifically does the following:
Connect user behavior data and financial asset data to derive product insights and suggest improvements.
• Quantify user value (LTV, revenue contribution, retention/churn factors) by combining user behavior data and financial asset data.
• Derive actionable insights and present strategies through analysis and hypothesis testing on the business/product.
• Increase understanding of the product through analysis and modeling based on various data from Bank Salad users.
Design a measurement system, define key indicators, and lead experiments to enable the product team to make fast and accurate decisions.
• Design and implement key indicators that connect to the growth of the product.
• Design event logs and measure user experiences.
• Process and visualize data to help team members easily understand and utilize the indicators.
• Design and build a data mart to enhance analytical efficiency.
• Design and execute A/B tests and verify the statistical significance of the experimental results.
The following tech stack (tools) are mainly used:
• Data processing and analysis tools: Snowflake, Metabase, Amplitude
• Languages: Python, SQL
We want to journey with those who aspire to have this experience.
• You must have at least 4 years of data analysis experience or equivalent product analysis project experience.
• You need experience in handling large datasets using SQL and proactively performing funnel/cohort/retention/segmentation analysis.
• You should have the capability to understand or quickly learn the financial data structure for combined analysis with behavioral data.
• Understanding of A/B testing and hypothesis testing with practical application experience (indicator definition, experiment design, result interpretation) is required.
• You must have communication skills to structure problems based on data and influence decision-making while collaborating with various roles.
We prefer candidates with the following experiences.
• Preference will be given to those with experience in analysis automation, reporting, statistical modeling using Python, etc.
• Preference will be given to individuals with master's or Ph.D. degrees in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or data mining-related fields.
• It’s even better if you have experience in data analysis and data-driven decision-making in various domains (app platforms and finance).
• It’s also a plus if you have past experience creating business/user impact through data analysis or modeling.
• It would be even better if you have experience in building data marts and designing data pipelines based on an understanding of data warehouses (DW).
• Preference will be given to those who have led systematic experiment designs (such as A/B tests) and hypothesis tests based on statistical knowledge.
