Based on excellent colleagues and an agile culture, Setawon is rapidly growing towards the global market by developing Langflix, a language education service based on world-class educational AI models and video content.
With Langflix, all you need to do is input the URL of your desired YouTube video, and a learning curriculum tailored to your interests and preferences will be generated. We provide the industry’s only four-axis shadowing feedback (phoneme, stress, speed, rhythm) based on Deep Tech TIPS, supporting Netflix, YouTube, and short-form videos.
Since monetization in January 2026, we have been growing twice each month and have reached second place in the app store education chart. Ultimately, we aim to be the 'TikTok of English learning,' allowing users to learn English in a fun and effective way through video-based content every day.
We are looking for a Marketing Manager (Growth Marketing Lead) to expand Langflix's market share in Korea and participate in global expansion.
Domestic Marketing Management
• Establishing and executing performance marketing strategies (budget management, ROAS optimization)
• Setting KPIs by channel and performance analysis/reporting
Creative Production
• Planning, producing, and A/B testing advertising materials (video, image, copy)
• Horizontal expansion of high-performance materials (building a variation mass production system)
Marketing Channel Expansion
• Setting up and operating Apple Search Ads / Google App Campaigns
• Executing and optimizing Google Ads (Search, Display, App Campaigns)
• Planning and executing YouTube ads (in-stream, shorts ads, etc.)
Influencer / KOL Marketing
• Identifying and collaborating with English learning YouTubers, TikTok creators, etc.
• Establishing marketing strategies utilizing local KOLs during overseas expansion
ASO (App Store Optimization)
• Optimizing keywords for app stores/play stores, managing screenshots and preview videos
• Managing reviews and improving store conversion rates
• Localizing global ASO (Japan, Taiwan, Europe, etc.)
Content Marketing / SEO
• Planning and operating organic traffic channels such as blogs and landing pages
• Producing content based on search demand ("How to Shadow English", "YouTube English Learning", etc.)
• Establishing organic traffic growth strategies and performance analysis
Social Media Account Management
• Planning and operating content for official channels such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Establishing brand tone and manner and managing the community
Overseas Marketing
• Acquiring global users using TikTok Ads (Japan, Taiwan, Europe, Southeast Asia)
• Planning localized creative strategies by country and operating performance
Lifecycle Marketing
• Building an email marketing system (onboarding, retention, win-back sequences)
• Designing and automating CRM campaigns by user segments
• Operating retention channels such as push notifications and in-app messages
• Experience directly managing performance marketing campaigns such as Meta Ads, Google Ads
• Ability to plan and produce advertising materials (video/image) directly
• Familiarity with data-driven decision making (Analyzing metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV)
• Start-up mindset with the ability to execute quickly and learn
• Proficiency in optimizing and automating work using AI tools such as Claude
• Experience in app marketing (especially B2C subscription models)
• Experience operating Apple Search Ads, TikTok Ads
• Experience using email/CRM marketing tools (Braze, Mailchimp, Customer.io, etc.)
• Proficient in business communication in Japanese or English
• Experience in the ed-tech/content service industry
• Capable of using video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.)
• Proactive in implementing new AI tools in work without hesitation
