ㆍMobile/Web APP service planning
ㆍResearching key target users such as healthcare providers, patients, and administrators to derive requirements
ㆍDesigning service structure (IA), defining user journeys, and writing functional specifications
ㆍConducting UX planning and defining UI guidelines, including wireframes, screen flows, and interaction design
ㆍCollaborating with designers and developers to produce screen design documents (Flow, Wireframe, Prototype)
ㆍExploring service scenarios and business models using medical device data/measurement results
ㆍAnalyzing service metrics and planning improvements (usability, retention, billing structure, etc.) after launch
ㆍEducation: Bachelor's degree or higher
ㆍExperience: 5+ years
ㆍ5+ years of experience in service planning or UX planning
ㆍExperience in planning mobile/web services (must be able to submit portfolio of wireframes, flow charts, and planning documents)
ㆍProficiency in using at least one prototyping/design tool such as Sketch, Figma, or XD
ㆍLogical communication abilities and experience collaborating with various teams (development/design/sales/RA, etc.)
ㆍExperience leading the entire process from service planning to launch and improvement
ㆍExperience related to digital healthcare services
ㆍUnderstanding of regulatory/licensing environments (Medical Device Act, Personal Data Protection, Medical Information Security, etc.)
ㆍExperience in data-driven service planning (log analysis, metric design, A/B testing, etc.)
ㆍMajor in design or practical experience in UI/visual design
