* The Business Promotion Headquarters is the organization directly responsible for the core business revenue of Worksphere. It designs, executes, and proves the business strategy regarding which product to sell, at what price, and to which customers — confirmed by P&L.
* Currently leading the first transition of a business model in the Korean HR Tech industry from a flat-rate (CPT) revenue model to a performance-based (CPC/CPA/CPH) model for 30 years.
* Find new growth opportunities and turn them into business with the Product team. From performance-based advertising products to trying AI Agents — the company’s most important initiatives start here.
[You will be doing this work!]
* Manage P&L for each product and derive growth initiatives: Analyze the sales and cost structure by product line, decompose and track KPIs based on a Driver Tree to derive directions for revenue growth and margin improvement.
* Identify business opportunities based on market and competitor analysis: Perform benchmarking on competitor products/prices/channels and analyze hiring budgets by customer segment, and propose product roadmaps by identifying new business opportunities.
* Design pricing structure and packaging for products: Plan price systems for customer segments (tier/bundle/discount policies) and design price optimization in accordance with model transitions.
* Execute Go-to-Market in collaboration with product-marketing-sales organizations: Define product requirements and SLAs with the Product team, design GTM strategies and playbooks by segment for the sales organization, and link marketing with target campaigns.

* More than 3 years of practical experience in related fields such as business planning, strategy planning, and consulting.
* Experience in analyzing P&L structures of products or business units and deriving and implementing revenue improvement initiatives.
* Experience leading collaborative projects with multiple organizations such as product, sales, and marketing.
* Experience in data-driven decision making.

* Someone who has ownership over P&L in areas such as business/products and has led those.
* Experience in establishing platform product and pricing strategies (billing models, tiering, and packaging).
* Experience in designing or operating performance-based advertising (CPC/CPA) billing models.
