Bear Robotics is looking for a Technical Support Engineer for customer support of the autonomous serving robot 'Servi'. The role involves providing technical support for domestic and international customer service and managing communication with relevant departments.
Bear Robotics customer response (Post Sales)
On-site technical support, remote technical support (Back Office Support)
Problem solving through collaboration with relevant departments
Receiving and resolving requests from overseas partners (Cause analysis and issue trend identification)
Proposing improvements for user training and customer service enhancement
Robot operation management and process optimization
Addressing technical issues arising during robot operations and issuing reports
IT / Service Delivery / CS experience (0-2 years)

Understanding of software and hardware (Background: Electronics, Electrical, Mechanics, Robotics, Autonomous Driving, Technical Support, Customer Service, Field Engineer, Server Installation and Operations)
Understanding and passion for mechanics and robotics
Proficiency in Google Workspace and scheduling experience
Preferred experience with JIRA, Sales Force
Ability to communicate in English/Japanese in a work context
Experience using Linux OS
