Hello! We are seeking talent to take charge of B2B sales and operations (business department) at Blackfooz, which services Curi AI.
Blackfooz is an AI company that spun off from a Kakao blockchain subsidiary in the form of a CIC. We create the Curi AI solution, which is a "voice conversational premium customer acquisition and feedback collection" tool that connects K-beauty with global customers centered in the US, helping them succeed.
We also collaborate with domestic and international marketing, research, branding, and consulting firms, as well as public and educational institutions, to gather hundreds and thousands of opinions and feedback from large and mid-sized corporate clients to derive insights that aid corporate decision-making, and use AI for HR efficiency and enhancement.
Our team comprises sales and business members who initially created Naver's search advertising from zero to one, along with top-level developers who have won competitions in AI and robotics engineering. We also have a US office and are advancing globally.
This year, we need outstanding sales members to make leaps with beauty brands and marketing, research partners. We are rapidly building a flywheel for growth with Kakao Bank, major marketing firms, and other key partners to automate income generation.
To this end, we are looking for members who will ignite initial sales and help with automation.
We are looking for members with passion and talent for B2B customer sales and operations, focusing on those with 2 to 4 years of experience (as an early stage startup, the role will require integrating tasks across different business team members rather than just focusing solely on sales or operations).
- No educational requirements: Excellent academic achievement would be a plus, but we prefer candidates who have grit and can generate sales and revenue.
- Relevant experience: Individuals who have successfully sold their company's products to B2B clients in online and offline settings, particularly in advertising agencies, sales organizations, or sales-specialized teams, or who have managed sales pipelines and achieved customer retention and satisfaction within their teams.
- Work style: Candidates who see sales and their profession as more than mere income sources for economic livelihood, and who strive to be the best and achieve the highest accomplishments. Individuals with strong competitiveness and a sense of achievement who follow through, continually look for more effective and efficient ways to win.
- Those who are not a good fit: Individuals who struggle with teamwork or do not participate, those looking for a job purely for livelihood or comfort, and those with low motivation to learn and poor communication skills.
