The Branch Operations Group oversees Fastfive's identity and is the core department of the 'shared office business.' It provides the highest level of space and services so that all tenants (= members*) can focus on the essence of 'work' in the office, based on revenue and profit management, creating an experience that makes them want to stay at Fastfive for a long time.
1. Branch Operations/Management
- Directly manages the quality of space and overall service of the responsible branch for customers' comfortable use.
- Provides space usage etiquette guidance.
- Conducts periodic space walkthroughs to inspect facilities and services.
- Responds to issues with facilities and resolves them through communication with relevant departments.
- Responsible for the status of various supplies provided to customers and managing consumption cycles/inventory, ordering, and replenishment.
- Orders supplies, manages incoming stock, inventory (electronic/physical), stocking, replenishment / management and devising efficiency enhancement measures.
2. Customer Response
- Responds promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, both face-to-face and online.
- Finds and implements root cause solutions for repetitive inquiries.
3. General Administrative Tasks
- Responsible for monthly expenditure requests for branch operation costs.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience.
- Experience in customer service.
- Experience in branch operations such as franchises.
- Document screening: Results will be announced within 1-2 weeks, and if there are delays, separate notifications will be provided.
- Interview process: Conducted in the first round (job competency) interview.
