RealDraw is utilizing AI technology to change the content market landscape by creating a production pipeline that extends beyond webtoons to story IP discovery, production, and global distribution.
As a PM, you will identify bottlenecks in the content production process, solve them through services, and expand the structure to supply quality story IP quickly and stably to the global market.
We are looking for a PM who can drastically shorten content production lead times by connecting technology and creation and simultaneously expand the speed and scale of IP production.
<Service Strategy and System Design>
- Service design of all pre-production processes of webtoons (story planning, illustration, post-processing, etc.)
- Establishing service strategies considering business impact and leading roadmap
<Identifying Pain Points and Problem Solving>
- Identifying hidden inefficiencies in the production site and defining technical requirements
- Setting priorities and service design/planning
<Innovating and Executing Production Lead Time>
- Managing technical roadmap to shorten IP production period and establish production system
- Leading alignment among various stakeholders across creation, production and development
- Webtoon enthusiast
- More than 5 years of experience as a PM or in service planning or equivalent capabilities
- Ability to communicate with developers based on technical understanding
- Proven experience in defining and demonstrating the business value of products beyond just feature implementation
- Detail-oriented in solving problems by digging into the field and technology
- Capable of structuring complex problems and setting priorities
- Experience in building products from 0 to 1 in early-stage startups and successfully establishing them in the market
- Deep understanding or interest in content production processes
- Experience launching in a global service environment
