Looking for key talent to propose Quantum AI's insurance industry AI services (Claims automation platform 'Claim-Q' and Document AI (QIDP) / Conversational AI (AICC) solutions and services) to major domestic and foreign insurance and reinsurance companies, and to build partnerships that create actual sales and business impact. This role involves accurately identifying pain points in the insurance industry and serving as a 'bridge' to persuade how our technology contributes to clients' cost reduction and efficiency improvement, innovating the market with top-level AI industry technology.
• New market development: Identifying potential customers and networking with domestic and foreign life/non-life insurance companies, reinsurers, and GA (General Agency).
• Solution proposal and consulting: Planning and drafting proposals for AI implementation scenarios optimized for the core processes of insurance companies (underwriting, claims payment, fraud detection, etc.).
• Partnership management: Building relationships with key decision-makers (C-level and team leaders) and forming strategic alliances.
• Leading PoC (Proof of Concept): Designing PoC projects according to client requirements in collaboration with the tech team and facilitating successful transitions to formal contracts.
• Market trend analysis: Contributing to new product feedback and business strategy development by analyzing Insurtech and AI trends.
• Experience: 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in IT solutions, consulting, or the insurance industry.
• Understanding: Ability to understand the mechanism of how AI technologies (LLM, OCR, data analysis, etc.) are applied to business and explain it in easy terms.
• Communication: Exceptional ability in logical proposal writing and face-to-face persuasion.
• Execution: Persistent focus on achieving results based on target-oriented thinking.
• Experience working in the headquarters of an insurance company (life/non-life) or participation in insurance system (Core System) construction projects.
• Successful experience in B2B SaaS or AI solutions sales.
• Possession of insurance-related professional certifications such as actuary or loss adjuster.
• Proficient in business English (able to collaborate with global insurance companies).
