**Introduction to Conception Principle
Conception Principle has maintained a leading brand position in the field of mathematics learning since its publication in 1991. Over the past decade, based on a stable financial structure with an annual revenue of 20-25 billion KRW and an operating profit margin of about 50%, the first-generation IT entrepreneur in Korea (Ko Samu-Yeol, who has experience in KOSDAQ listing and overseas M&A) joined as a representative in 2017, pushing for a shift from a publishing-focused company to an AI-based education service company.
Recently, to lead educational innovation not only in mathematics but also in English, we strategically acquired DShare, which owns over 80 English academies (A-dot). DShare is also a solid company achieving over 50 billion KRW in sales and an operating profit rate of over 16%, and has the foundation to achieve IT innovation by receiving immediate feedback from real users both online and offline.
Thanks to this solid financial foundation and user base, we have a rare environment where we can pursue long-term product development without relying on external investment. Conception Principle is currently at a turning point where we can experiment and expand new technologies and services based on existing assets, and we are looking for people who can help create this trend together.
**Division Introduction**
Ed-Tech has been attempted by numerous global startups, and many VCs have invested but have not shown sufficient results, leading to a decrease in investments.
However, Conception Principle already has enough cash flow generated from textbooks and, based on this, seeks to open a new horizon in Ed-Tech.
We aim to provide an essential service in math learning not only to students using Conception Principle books but also to all middle and high school students in South Korea, with the ultimate goal of providing mathematics education easily and equally without having to resort to private tutoring or hagwons.
The service will start with diagnostics and personalized education, ultimately connecting to AI Tutor.
To this end, outstanding individuals are gathering, and it would be great if those who dream of reaching the true destination of EduTech could join us.

• Enhance the design system and common front-end infrastructure to reduce repetitive tasks, creating an environment where the team can focus more on solving product issues.
• Seamlessly connect user experiences between web and Flutter apps, designing implementation methods that take into account the limitations of the WebView environment.
• Continuously observe and improve front-end operational metrics such as development productivity and deployment efficiency.
• Collaborate with various roles like PM, PD, and backend, clearly defining technical constraints, implementation costs, API interfaces, and responsibilities.
• Lead the integration of codebases with different tech stacks and conventions into a unified structure.
Over 5 years of experience in front-end development.
• Experience in improving front-end architecture beyond simple functionality implementation.
• Possess a level of technical understanding necessary for collaboration with adjacent areas such as mobile apps, backend, and infrastructure.
• Able to understand the constraints and context of counterparts in collaboration across various roles, and clearly communicate based on this understanding.
• Consider whether the current implementation method can be maintained in the long-term, identify technical debt early, and gradually improve it.

• Experience in leading design systems, common UI, and front-end platformization.
• Experience in raising the technical standards of the team through code quality improvements and establishing development guidelines.
• Experience as a front-end engineer involved deeply in the design of authentication and security flows.
• Experience in designing or improving deployment pipelines and measuring quantitative effects before and after.
