**Position Introduction
The issues in education are not just problems for individual users. Students, teachers, and parents all experience discomfort in their own contexts, and there is still not enough service to connect and resolve the overall experience. Concept Principles is tackling this issue using AI, data, and digital experiences, and is looking for a PM to redesign the educational ecosystem from a product perspective.
**Introduction to Concept Principles
Since its publication in 1991, Concept Principles has maintained a unique brand position in the field of mathematics education. With a stable financial structure of an annual revenue of 20-25 billion won and an operating profit margin of about 50% over the past decade, in 2017, the first generation of IT entrepreneurs in Korea (Koh Samu-yeol, with experience in KOSDAQ listing and overseas M&A) joined as CEO and is actively pushing for a transition from a publishing-centered company to an AI-based educational service company.
Recently, in order to lead education innovation not only in mathematics but also in English, it strategically acquired Dishear, which owns over 80 English language academies nationwide (A-dot). Dishear is also a solid company achieving over 50 billion won in sales and over 16% in operating profit, and has the foundation to achieve IT innovation by receiving immediate feedback from actual users both online and offline.
Thanks to this solid financial base and user base, it has a rare environment that allows for long-term product development without relying on external investment. Concept Principles now stands at a turning point where it can experiment with and expand new technologies and services based on existing assets, and is looking for people to help create this flow.
