[Group and Role Introduction]
The Branch Operations Group is the department that oversees the 'shared office business', which is the identity and core of Fastfive. Based on revenue and profit management, it provides the highest level of space and services so that all tenants (=members*) can focus on the essence of 'work', thus providing an experience that makes them want to stay with Fastfive for a long time.
1. Branch Operations/Management
• Directly manage the quality of the space and services of the assigned branch for customer comfort.
• Guide on space usage etiquette
• Regular inspections of facilities and services through space rounds (Walk through)
• Initial response to issues with facilities and communication with relevant departments for resolution
• Manage the status of various consumables provided to customers, including consumption cycles/inventory management and ordering, replenishment.
• Ordering, receiving, inventory management (digital/physical), stocking, replenishing / management and efficiency improvement plans
2. Customer Service
• Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries, both face-to-face and remotely.
• Identify and implement fundamental solutions for repetitive inquiries.
3. General Administrative Tasks
• Responsible for the monthly expenditure report for branch operational costs.
• Must have at least 1 year of work experience.
• Experience in customer service
• Experience in branch operations, such as franchises
