[About the team you will join]
Tatum's Operation Part is responsible for all operational foundations necessary for the company to create and implement optimal solutions for its customers.
• We proactively resolve internal operational issues so that members can fully focus on customers and products, and prepare for various risks.
• The Operation Part consists of a Finance Manager and an HR Manager, supporting the sustainable and healthy growth of the company through the two axes of ‘finance’ and ‘people’. It serves as a solid back office that supports overall operations to enhance business execution.
Overall HR Operations
• Overall HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and personnel data management
• Operation and improvement of HR regulations, employment rules, evaluation and compensation systems
• Payroll management including salary, bonuses, incentives, retirement pension, etc. (collaboration with labor law firms)
• Management and operation of annual leave, vacation, and attendance systems
Recruitment and Onboarding
• Establishment of recruitment strategy and planning
• Management of the recruitment process and candidate experience
• Content planning and operation to enhance recruitment branding
• Improvement and operation of the onboarding process for new hires
• Collaboration and communication with external partners related to recruitment (headhunters, etc.)
HR Systems and Organizational Operations
• Improvement and operation of the OKR/performance management system
• Identification of organizational issues and communication with leaders/executives
• Hosting internal event programs such as town hall meetings and workshops
• Supporting compliance with labor-related laws and responding to related issues (collaboration with labor law firms)
General Administration and Asset Management
• Management of IT equipment and software
• Office and facility management
• A minimum of 5 years of practical HR experience
• Experience in HR practice in a startup or rapidly growing organization
• Independent execution of overall HR operations such as personnel/labor/payroll
• Basic understanding and practical experience in labor law and labor issues
• Ability to communicate smoothly with relevant departments and executives
• Experience in HR in the IT domain or equivalent background knowledge
• Experience in recruiting tech positions and successful direct sourcing
• A mindset to directly build the HR system in a growing organization and grow together

2. Recruitment process: document screening > job interview > culture fit interview (including reference checks) > team joining
• The above is the basic recruitment process for Tatum’s experienced hires, and additional procedures may be included depending on the situation.
• The job interview lasts about 2 hours and focuses on assessing relevant experience and practical problem-solving skills with the practitioner.
• The culture fit interview lasts about 2 hours with executives participating to assess cultural fit with Tatum.
3. If false facts are found, employment may be canceled even after passing the announcement.
4. After a minimum of 3 months of contracting work, final regular joining will be decided based on work performance evaluation results.
5. A comprehensive wage system is in place, and the annual salary is finalized after negotiation based on experience.
