. AI Tool Proficiency: Must be very familiar with AI coding tools like Cursor.ai, GitHub Copilot, Replit.
. Logic Over Syntax: Ability to design logical structures and give precise instructions (Prompting) to AI rather than memorizing syntax.
. Problem Solver: Someone who finds solutions, saying "AI suggested this would work!" instead of "This doesn't work."
. Learning Agility: A tendency to quickly learn and apply new tools and technologies.
. Basic Web Knowledge: A fundamental understanding of HTTP, HTML/CSS, API is essential (even non-majors with launching experience are okay).
