The Product Design team designs all comprehensive experiences that interact with customers to convey the essence and value of the service beyond mere aesthetics. They carry out missions to achieve business goals across various product domains, including Kurly Mall and logistics products. Responsible for the overall development of Kurly's Web, App, and commerce platforms.
- Product design for major user touchpoints of Kurly Mall (home, search, product detail, order, membership, etc.)
- Improve customer experience through consistent UX design and UI enhancements across the entire user journey
[Experience]
- At least 5 years of practical experience in UI/UX design
[Skills/Abilities]
- Ability to materialize ideas from a creative perspective and quickly validate them through prototypes
- Possess smooth collaboration skills throughout the entire service development process
- Have persistence and logical persuasion skills based on active communication abilities aimed at improving usability
- Able to present balanced solutions between ideal design and business goals from a user-centric perspective while looking at the essence of problems
- High understanding of commerce-related service experience and business
- Experience in continuous service improvement based on data and research
- High understanding of Web UI, mobile web, and mobile OS
- Experience in identifying inefficiencies in user tasks to improve work efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize resources
- Proficient in various design/prototype tools (Figma, Protopie, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
