| Introducing the Rentree Commerce Organization.
• This position, Platform Business Operations Manager, is part of the Commerce team.
• The Rentree Commerce team collaborates with many rental companies to lead innovations in the rental market based on various home appliances and engages in various tasks for mutual growth.
• Primarily communicate with business partners such as rental company representatives and collaborate with in-house marketers, designers, operators, and developers.
• Continuously think about providing better products and values to customers and partners, finding the best ways to maximize the company's profits.

• Manage real-time information on over 3,000 various home appliances registered in Rentree.
• Register and operate products released every month, devising and executing various strategies to make products attractive.
• Manage and operate customer and partner requirements.
• Support the business development manager by assisting in various new business tasks the company undertakes.
• Able to convert to full-time after 6 months of internship evaluation (possible for upcoming graduates)
• Must enjoy meticulously comparing and analyzing products
• Familiar with using office-related tools like MS-Office and Google Sheets
• Capable of taking initiative with a sense of responsibility
• Interested in a career in business operations and business development
• Understanding of E-Commerce is preferred
• Interested in experiencing platform operations work
• Experience working in a startup or rapidly growing organization is preferable
• Enjoy solving complex problems
