We are looking for a Product Manager to lead Rentre's growth on this journey.
| Role Overview
Rentre's PM is not just a planner.
They are the 'mini-CEO' responsible for setting product goals and vision, defining key metrics, designing experiments, executing, and deriving results throughout the entire process.
Defining customer problems, analyzing data, designing and executing business models, they lead the product's lifecycle and are the core engine of the company's growth.
| Responsibilities
• Establishing product vision and goals for the Rentre platform, managing the roadmap
• Identifying pain points through customer research and data analysis
• Defining key metrics and designing experiments to validate Product Market Fit (PMF)
• Designing and executing business models, leading the performance outcome and improvement cycles
• End-to-end product ownership from idea generation prototyping development launch enhancement
• Leading cross-functional collaboration with development, design, marketing, commerce, and operations
• Proposing continuous product improvements and growth strategies based on customer/market feedback
| Qualifications
• 3-7 years of experience in product management (preferred startup/platform experience)
• Customer-centric thinking and data-driven problem-solving ability
• Experience in setting product performance metrics (KPI) and experimental approaches such as A/B Testing
• Clear communication skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration
• Experience driving product growth (new service launches/achieving PMF, etc.)
• Experience related to rental, marketplace, and fintech
• Experience in building platform infrastructure
