1. Organizing and Enhancing Revenue Model and Revenue Pipeline
- Analyze the revenue generation structure of the current business and define key levers (price, billing, channel, conversion, retention, etc.)
- Design KPIs for each pipeline stage and identify bottlenecks to derive improvement tasks
- Plan new revenue opportunities and expansion scenarios
2. Establishing Company/Business Direction and Growth Strategy
- Set medium to long-term directions and priorities for the business based on market/customer/competition analysis
- Design annual/quarterly OKRs or key goal systems and align execution
- Convert strategies into executable roadmaps and specify decision-making structures
3. Product Planning and Roadmap Management

5. Defining and Systemizing Internal Operating Processes
- Establish policies, workflows, and decision-making processes necessary for business/product operations

- More than 3 years of experience in business/product/service planning or equivalent experience
- Experience analyzing and improving revenue models/business structures

- Ability to communicate and clearly structure strategic/planning documents
- Experience directly designing/operating Revenue Pipeline or Growth Funnel in existing businesses

- Experience planned based on market/customer understanding in B2B/B2C domains
- Experience designing/operating revenue models such as pricing/billing/subscription/commission
- Experience in SQL/BI tools or analysis-based decision-making
