We are looking for a Business Development & GTM Marketing Manager to lead the domestic and international growth axis of the platform and implement GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies with global clients and partners.
- Discovering domestic and international companies and planning/implementing strategic partnerships
- Establishing and executing GTM strategies for platform growth and customer expansion (market research, target selection, messaging, campaign design)
- Channel-specific marketing and sales activities
- Overseas business trips and responding to global Web3 clients/partners (English communication required)
- Setting and measuring performance indicators (KPI), reporting, and deriving insights
- Collaborating and managing projects between internal product, marketing, and sales teams
Fluent communication in Korean and English
Experience in partnership/affiliation, marketing/sales execution targeting global or overseas markets
Experience in establishing and executing GTM strategies (platform or SaaS/Marketplace experience preferred)
Data-driven thinking and KPI-centered marketing operation capabilities
No disqualifications for overseas travel and responding to global clients/partners
Ability to execute and flexibility in a startup or rapidly growing organizational environment
Experience in HR, careers, recruitment platforms, or business networking platforms
Experience related to Web3/blockchain/global networking platforms
Experience with multicultural/multi-regional communication
Experience in content creation and event planning
