When cumulative performance reaches 10,000,000 KRW
→ Base salary 2,100,000 KRW + additional incentive payment,
4 major insurances applied and conversion to regular employee
When cumulative performance reaches 30,000,000 KRW
→ Base salary adjusted to 2,500,000 KRW, + additional incentive payment,
When cumulative performance reaches 50,000,000 KRW
→ Base salary adjusted to 2,800,000 KRW, additional incentive payment,
When cumulative performance reaches 100,000,000 KRW
→ Base salary adjusted to 3,000,000 KRW, additional incentive payment,
